Late in 2023, ENAD and Little River Government Contracting (LRGC), a wholly owned limited liability company of the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians ("LRBOI") and a sovereign Indian Nation agreed to form a Federally recognized Tribal owned SBA 8(a) certified, Hubzone certified ISEE, ISBEE Joint Venture (known as LRENA) for the purpose of bidding on, and entering into contracts with the Federal government.
