COMPANY OVERVIEW
ENAD was established in 2013 to primarily serve the needs and requirements of the U.S.Federal Government. Since then ENAD has provided service and products to maintain many of the energy programs for the Department of Defense, Department of Justice, Department of Energy, U.S. Bureau of Reclamation, Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Bureau of Education.
Through years of providing exceptional work and services to the Government, as exhibited by our CPARS rating, ENAD has developed many relationships with vendors and service providers. ENAD has grown to be known as an exceptional company to work with and prides itself on be able to stand up against those claims. ENAD has provided service to the BIA for many years. One of the primary BIA customers ENAD has been servicing is the Colorado River Agency, Electrical Services. ENAD has repaired, constructed, and maintained the High Voltage Power Lines, Substations, Transformers, and Generating Facilities at Headgate Rock Dam. ENAD’s in depth and working knowledge of these systems provides a clear and deep insight on programmatic and financial requirements to operate these facilities.
ENAD has partnered within the industry to develop technology and deploy these technologies into the energy sector. Our strategy is designed to develop revenue streams for its partners, customers, and land holders. Through our network of industry partners, we offer a turnkey option or support within the tribe’s infrastructure in development of jobs and education into highly paying positions.

Steven E. Weir
ENAD President / CEO
Mr. Steve Weir is the President has more than 30 years of experience in design and construction in military, educational, and commercial. His role involves leadership, project management, or technical expertise, contributing to the company’s mission of promoting sustainable energy practices and supporting Native American communities. His specific responsibilities include Quality (a company core value), overseeing projects, engaging with stakeholders, and ensuring that the company’s goals are met in alignment with cultural values and environmental stewardship.

Eric Weir
Vice President and Chief Financial Officer(VP / CFO)
As CFO, Eric Weir oversees the financial management of the company, including budgeting, financial planning, accounting, and financial reporting. His role involves ensuring the company’s financial health, managing financial risks, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company’s growth and operational goals. As Vice President, his role includes overseeing corporate operations and is manager of the corporate office.
